Network Service Levels

 The VectorFibre network has market-leading levels of reliability.

Our standard target availability is 99.90% (excluding scheduled and notified maintenance), which means your service will be affected for less than 9 hours per year, on average.

On some types of connection, you can opt for even higher levels of availability, up to 99.999%, which means less than 6 minutes downtime per year.


Restoration

We’ve designed our network with a high degree of built-in resilience. This means that any problems within our network will be less likely to affect your service.

But if a problem does affect you – such as accidental severing of your fibre cable – your account manager will let you know the cause and the expected time frame for restoration. We’ll also give you regular updates on the progress of your service’s restoration.
