Our Network Service Centre team constantly monitors all managed services on our network. The exact location of any dropped connection is instantly identified on our monitors, so we can tell you exactly what's happening with your connection, from your equipment outwards.
Our team operate from 7.00am to 7.00pm, any calls outside of these hours are answered by our dispatch centre and one of our network engineers is instantly notified.
If your VectorFibre connection is provided by one of our partners, please check with their help desk first. The problem may be specific to their operation and outside of our control.
